PEPPERDINE XC 2016 (SR): Ran at all six meets ... Was Pepperdine's #3 runner at the first three meets and #2 at the final three, including the WCC Championships (26:17.1) and NCAA West Regional (33:00.5) ... Posted the #3 8k time in school history with a 24:47.2 at the Capital Cross Challenge (10/1).
PEPPERDINE XC 2015 (JR): Competed at all seven meets ... Was Pepperdine's #2 runner twice ... Was the #3 finisher at the WCC Championships (27:06.4) and NCAA West Regional (34:31.0) ... Placed fourth out of 66 runners at the Aztec Invitational.
PEPPERDINE XC 2014 (SO): Ran at the final four meets of the season ... Was Pepperdine's top finisher at the 10k NCAA West Regional (32:32.0) ... His best 8k time was 26:23 at the Stanford Invitational.
PEPPERDINE XC 2013 (FR): Ran at six meets ... Finished first among the Waves at the first two meets of the season, including the Pepperdine Invitational ... Best 8k time came at the Bronco Invitational (25:59.5).
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2017 (SR): Competed at seven of eight meets ... Had multiple appearances in the 800, 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000.
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2016 (JR): Ran at all eight meets ... Competed in five different events (800, 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000) ... Moved to #4 on the Waves' all-time list in the 3,000 with a time of 8:40.89 at Westmont (2/20) ... Other bests were 2:02.90 in the 800 (3/12 at Ben Brown Invitational), 4:06.12 in the 1,500 (4/9 at Pomona-Pitzer), 4:27.62 in the mile (3/12 at Ben Brown Invitational) and 14:58.73 in the 5,000 (4/1 at UCLA).

PEPPERDINE TRACK 2014 (FR): Competed at seven meets ... Ran the 1,500 and 5,000 meters multiple times ... Had bests of 4:16.20 in the 1,500 (Pomona-Pitzer, 4/12) and 16:12.54 in the 5,000 (UC Irvine, 3/21) ... Also ran the 800 once (2:13.14 at Cal Poly, 3/29) and the mile once (4:22.57 at Riverside CC, 3/8).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School, located in Colorado Springs, Colo., in 2013 ... Ran two years of varsity cross country and two years of varsity track ...
