Langlois Racking Up Accolades in the Futures Collegiate Baseball Summer League
The redshirt sophomore was recently named Futures Player of the Week and is an all-star selection.

MALIBU, Calif. - Redshirt sophomore Bryan Langlois is racking up the accolades in as he was named Player of the Week for the Futures League and was also recently named to the league's all-star team.
Langlois (Oak Park, Calif./Oak Park HS), playing for the Seacoast Mavericks, earned Player of the Week honors ending the week of July 15 as he was 11-of-27 (.407) from the plate, leading the Mavericks to a 4-2 record on the week. He scored five runs and tallied an impressive nine RBI. He also added two doubles and two home runs to go along with three stolen bases. The highlight of the outfielder's week came on July 10 against the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, as he was 5-of-6 with a home run and six RBI in the game.
Through 20 games played, Langlois is batting .380, with nine doubles, two home runs and 16 RBI after being a late addition to the Mavericks roster. He was named to the Futures League "Original Four" All-Star Team, as Seacoast is one of the original four Futures league teams. He was one of five Mavericks selected to the team and one of six outfielders overall. The "Original Four" will square off against the All-Stars of the "New Five," representing the best of the five expansion teams in the league. The game will be held on July 26 at 7 p.m. ET in Nashua, NH.
