Alum Carroll Earns Volleyball Australia Annual Award

VOLLEYBALL AUSTRALIA AWARDS

MALIBU, Calif.: – Pepperdine men’s volleyball alumnus Paul Carroll was honored with a Volleyball Australia Annual Award as the Most Outstanding Player for senior men’s indoor, as released on May 20 at the Volleyball Australia Annual Awards Night at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel. 

Since joining his current team, , in 2011, some of Carroll’s greatest successes on the court have been as a German Cup Winner in 2011 and 2016, honors as the MVP of the German Volleyball League in 2011 and German Champion in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.  He helped the team to a CEV Cup title in 2016 as well. 

At Pepperdine, Carroll was a three-time All-American first team honoree and garnered NCAA Player of the Year honors in 2009.
