CLUB: Played 13 years with Utah Avalanche ECNL under head coach Jo Barney … Was a team captain from 2009-15 … Team won Utah State Championships in 2009, 2010 and 2011 … During her final four years of club competition scored 30 goals and notched 45 assists in 65 games … Played six years of ODP for coach Tim Crompton.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity soccer at Juan Diego Catholic under head coach and Pepperdine alum, Myriah Fankhauser … For her prep career scored 36 goals, has 37 assists and took 65 shots in 47 games … Led her team in goals, assists and points each of her final three seasons … Earned All-State first team honors as a senior … Named to the All-Tribune Team as one of the top 11 players in the state as a junior … Was All-State honorable mention as a freshman and sophomore … Team won a Region XI championship in 2015 and finished second at the 3A state tournament in 2013 … Also lettered in Track and Field … Was on the Honor Roll all four years, received the Excellence in Math Award in 2013 and was a finalist for the St. Sebastian Award in 2016 … Was a member of student government from 2012-14 and president of the hiking club 2013-16.

PERSONAL: Born in Fairfax, Va. … Daughter of Kelly and Curtis Buck … Has one older brother, Tyler … Brother played lacrosse at Arizona State … Plans to major in Sports Medicine, with hopes to become a sports medicine doctor, orthopedic surgeon, or an anesthesiologist … Chose Pepperdine, “for the great education, campus, facilities and soccer program in a Christian setting. From the first time I stepped on campus it felt like home. I knew this is where I was supposed to be and I could not imagine myself going to school anywhere else other than Pepperdine. Coach Tim, Max and the players made me feel like part of their family.”
