Season Outlook: Pepperdine Women's Soccer

HIGH SCHOOL: Played one year of varsity soccer at Westlake High School in Westlake Village Calif. under coach Frank Marino … Team won a league championship and were CIF semi-finalists in 2014 … Was a scholar-athlete in 2014.

CLUB: Played 11 years of club soccer for the Camarillo Eagles … Played two years of ODP Soccer as well … Took part in the Cal South Young Olympians Program, U.S. Soccer Region IV ODP Camp and USYS National Development Camps … Has been a team captain for the Eagles since her U-9 days.

PERSONAL: Born in Westlake Village, Calif. to parents Karen and Chris … Sister to Sarah … Plans on studying pports medicine at Pepperdine … Chose Pepperdine because “it seems like a place where I will be able to grow towards my full potential as both a player and a person. The students and staff all seem like genuinely kind people who are interested in helping me succeed, and I feel extremely lucky that I will be surrounded by that during my time there. I feel that that campus operates on standards of morality which will both hold me accountable for my actions and push me towards improving myself. Also, since I am from Southern California, I love that Pepperdine is so close to the beach."
