Women's soccer led all teams with 17 honorees.

PEPPERDINE 2016: Did not play in 2016

CLUB: Played six seasons for Crossfire Premier ECNL under head coach Rich Reece … Missed the 2014 and 2015 seasons due to injury … Team played in the 2013 ECNL Nationals and won the 2012 US Club National Cup Northwest Regional … Team won a 2011 Washington State Championship and made the quarterfinals of the Far West Regional in 2011 … Team made the Washington State Finals and Far West Regional semifinals in 2010.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played two seasons of varsity soccer at Woodinville High School under head coach Nathan Davis … Missed her junior and senior seasons due to injury … Was the team’s Offensive Player of the Year as a sophomore and was the fourth leading scorer in King County … Also ran track, winning a 2013 district championship in the 100 meter dash and in the 4x100 meter relay.

PERSONAL: Born in Kirkland, Wash. … Daughter of Angie and Curt Bateman … Has one older sister, Chelsea … Plans to major in Psychology with plans to become a Physician’s Assistant … Chose Pepperdine because, “My criteria for my college experience was a smaller university with a more connected experience with my professors, classmates and coaches.  Pepperdine provides an excellent blend of both nationally acclaimed academic programs and women's soccer. I also look forward to exploring my spirituality in a positive and challenging environment. I'm looking forward to learning how to surf as well!”
